They do not even deserve one star. Pretty sure this is the worst company out there - everyone passes around the responsibility of taking your call, transfers you until you end up where you started, after a couple of hours of you trying to get things done. Then, when trying to reach a manager --because you've gotten absolutely nowhere except for talking to a bunch of people who don't handle your business or listen to what you need handled in the first place -- you will listen to automated music for a ridiculously long hold time, only to have an automated system ask you to leave a message. When Crystal (the supervisor) calls you back, she has a bunch of apologies and no clear answers other than the fact that she can transfer you again or connect you to the right person - and the whole process starts again.
