If I could leave all stars blank I would. The customer service is the absolute worst and extremely unprofessional. I received a letter on 11/23/2020 stating there were two payroll checks I never received from the year 2018. I promptly sent back all information they requested to claim said monies. I called three times in December after not hearing anything, and I was told that the checks would be sent out in January of 2021. I called today, 02/19/2021 because the checks still have not been received and was told that someone within the company accidently sent all checks that were supposed to be mailed out in to the state. She (Brenda) then proceeded to say " I am not trying to be snarky to you, but it was money that you didn't know was missing." That is completely irrelevant in this situation and something that should have never been said. They dropped the ball on this and their response is unacceptable. After going back and forth for four months, and reading other reviews, I now see why they have a 1.8 rating on the web.
