Damon is my HERO! After months of looking, I found my house Sat night, Memorial Day weekend. I called the lender I had been working with and found her unavailable. She knew the struggle I had been through but told me "it's just a job and it's a holiday weekend. If I didn't make the offer that night, I would lose the house! My agent recommended calling Damon. Damon picked up the phone at 9pm and had my approval letter ready by midnight. As if that weren't enough, he continued to keep everything moving while out of the country getting married and on his honeymoon.
