I recently booked a helicopter tour with this company, and while the experience was decent, I did have some mixed feelings. The pilot was friendly and knowledgeable, and the views from the helicopter were truly breathtaking. However, the overall communication and organization could have been better. I encountered some confusion with the booking process and had to follow up multiple times to confirm the details. Additionally, I felt that the tour duration was shorter than expected, and the price seemed a bit high for the overall experience. While I enjoyed the actual flight, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money.
