Service is becoming less and less.
I needed a single piece of timber cut. Asked a girl close by if she could help. She replied that she would get someone from the Trade Desk. That was ok. I waited a further 15 minutes without ANY assistance so I rang the store who put me through to, guess who, yes, Scott at the Trade Desk. Now Scott politely tells me that the only person who can do that is at lunch and he will be another 30 minutes.
How is it that Masters and BBC went broke? It surely could not have been service worse than this.
I guess the only thing that this post will do is help pass the time. Oh, well.
