Staff are poorly trained - if at all. I had a very bad experience today at this Pick n Pay today when I asked a staff member if there was nobody else to assist her at the coffee station. This was her answer: "can't you see that I'm busy?" She said it to the wrong person. I made sure her manager was made aware of her rude behaviour.
