I love my new Rav 4 but still learning how to operate all the gadgets. My maintenance light came on and I realized I need to contact the service department after reading the book and finding out yes, I was at 5K. I called they were able to get me in the next day. The service was great and I felt like I got a bonus. I have a rock that hit my wind shield and I knew that I need to get it repaired. I was very surprised when the service department brought it to my attention that they could take care of the repair right NOW. They worked with my insurance company and I left feeling this was awesome. I felt like I received a bonus after being able to take care of both my maintenance needs and wind shield.
