Horrible service and product for Air con

Horrible service and product for Air con
Air con compressor break down twice. Each time cost $900 to fix!
And the second time took 10 days to tell me no spare parts and have to wait 6 weeks minimum!!!!
The bunch of pinoy customer service promise to get back but they never did. When call them their standard script is will call you back but never did.
PLEASE RECONSIDER buying their product
