I had been going to Stonebriar and was not satisfied with their service. I purchased an extended warranty with my car when it was new.
One of the benefits stated in the warranty is the use of a rental car if the service requires 2 hours or more. At Stonebriar, they never honored that. They always claimed that they were all out of loaners....that is until the parts didn't show up one time, and lo and behold, a loaner became available. They have me the impression that they just didn't have time to fill out the necessary paperwork to get reimbursed. It was convenient for them to inconvenience the customer.

Well, Huffines is the exact opposite. The customer comes first. Romney, my service adviser took painstaking steps to contact the warranty company. Sure I had to wait while he made some phone calls, but the bottom line is that he followed through even though it was tedious and took time. Ultimately, he even arranged for a rental car from Enterprise.
I'm this case, the part was also delayed by a day, yet Huffines' response was different. They called me and advised me that they received the part late in the day. They arranged for an extra day for the rental car, then have me an estimated time that the service will be completed the following day.

When everything was finished, Romney personally pulled the car to a parking spot immediately in front of the service area. That really expedited the process of picking up a car from dealer service. Every step of the way, the customer was clearly their priority
