My 74 year old Mom has been at St. Charles in Bend...

My 74 year old Mom has been at St. Charles in Bend, OR for the last week. From the first person I met to the last person I met (a week later after visiting every day) I have been so impressed and grateful. The security guard at the ER actually showed me how to get to the elevators in the main lobby. The nurses and CNAs who have cared for my Mom over this last week: Ross, Josh, Anna, Cassie, Heidi(!), Amber(!), Abbie, Steve(!), and everyone else I can't remember. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Dr. Stephen Archer, Dr. Jean Dixon, thank you for caring so very much. I live in Seattle and if I ever get sick I'm going to request to be moved to St. Charles in Bend, Oregon. And SUSAN in recovery, you made us feel so much better. Thank you.
