It took over three months and about 15 phone calls...

It took over three months and about 15 phone calls to find out I was not going to get anywhere with my shipment of a comic book that I had ordered and prepaid. I ended up having to drive to the store to pick it up myself while I was on vacation and happened to be close to that store because I was given nothing but excuses over the phone from we don't have what you're looking for, to we never received them, to it was shipped yesterday, every time I called it was a different excuse. They would not even refund me for the shipping when I picked it up in the store. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because I was very happy to get a one-of-a-kind comic book the store was offering otherwise I would have spent my money somewhere else. A little honesty and better caring for your customers goes a long way as I will never be a returning customer or refer your store to anyone.
