I've had nothing but positive experience with all the technicians from this company but cannot say ENOUGH good things about John Pettengil, their drain specialist!. He is not only very expert in this area, he has been excel-tionally patient in working with me in a very difficult half-house (two owners) situation where opinions differed regarding the level of work needed. His articulateness and obvious knowledge of his subject matter helped resolve a very frustrating situation. Would recommend him (and this company) without reservation.
