I've stayed at several Omni Hotels in the past, and I am a Select Guest member. This particular Omni really needs a lot of improvement. It is the only Omni where the staff is inattentive, indifferent and almost rude. Very disappointed for the first time with a stay at an Omni property. I do not recommend the Berkshire Place Omni, sad to say
