The most honest service staff, was told by another dealer during a routine inspection on my Toyota Highlander that the strut is leaking, I was surprised that only 40000 km on my vehicle how can a strut got leak, my belief on Toyota was shaken. I went to to gateway Toyota because they give me a better quote for the strut replacement. The day I went for the replacement after a while the service advisor called me and asked who told me to change the strut. I told her that I was advised by the Toyota on trail guys. She introduced me to the mechanic and said nothing is wrong with my strut and it doesn't need to be changed. I was shocked. I was really surprised of the honesty of these guys, I am thankful to Veronica the service advisor Daren Carry.... thanks a lots
