West End Real Estate appears to be managed very poorly and I would not recommend leasing your property or renting though them if you can avoid it. As a previous tenant our requests for repairs and issues with our rental property were largely ignored. If it was not for my persistences and repeat follow up phone calls and emails with issues or questions they would not have been resolved. Only one request was ever passed on to the landlord and there was basically no point having West End as our agent as they would directly call and ask the landlord to resolve the issue. I am so glad the owner of our rental property decided to change the management of our property to another agency.
