Poor quality product and abysmal customer service....

Poor quality product and abysmal customer service. The dinette and cabin seats in our Forest River motor coach began rapidly disintegrating at three years of age and in spite of being kept in climate controlled storage. Forest River advised me to contact Williamsburg directly, but numerous voicemails and emails to Williamsburg have not received a single response for eight weeks.
