The WORST experience I ever had with any repair service. When I decided to use their services I didn't see any reviews (other than the ones on their own site). I took this as a good thing because there were no negative reviews. What I didn't think of was that there were also no positive reviews. My daughter's computer was acting up and I'm retired and have more time so I did the leg work for her. I told them exactly what I wanted repaired and we agreed on a price. Neither the price nor what was supposed to be repaired actually ended up being what we agreed on. I should have known it would end this way since the woman who seemed like she was running everything was on the phone yelling at a customer one of the times I was there. They seemed like they were listening and knew what to do but I guess I was wrong! There are plenty of other computer repair shops in the area, so do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did! I wish someone had wrote a review like this so we would have been warned.
