Just okay service. I had to mention that my fog steering light was out several times, and it was still not fixed in the end and a new issue from lack of
communication.

I was made to feel inarticulate on the workings of a steering light and my issue was brushed aside. I picked up my car and to my shock it was not fixed, and a new issue of my car pulling to the right. I was never told an alignment was not included and I had to physically ask for this to be done, even though I got a new tire and assumed it would be done. The service team re-evaluated the lightbulb and it was ordered and supposed to be in on 11/18. To date I have not been called or contacted about it, I even texted my service rep with no response.

Not upset, I know incidences happen and everyone s busy, but this wasn t my favorite experience with BMW. My service representative was super nice but I want my car fixed.
