I submitted my CV online and was contacted very quickly to come in and record a video CV. It is a little daunting but a good idea as if an employer agrees to interview you you know that they have seen your video and like your personality. I havent found a job yet but they are very good at sending you job specs regularly (almost daily), they are helpful and quick to respond to you - a lot better than most graduate agencies!
