Great design and some of the staff too..however ....POOR DELIVERY ON PROMISED MERCHANDISE !!! Paid almost 2 k for horrible shirts and hoodies. If i knew these shirts and hoodies were one time use i would have ordered more. EVERY T SHIRT AND HOODIE HAS SHRUNK DOWN A COMPLETE SIZE IF NOT 2 SIZES !! All the ends of the sleeves have folded over and can not iron them out. I've handed out 20 or 30 pieces to customers and every single customer has complained about these shirts shrinking and the ends flipping over. When i asked Excel to do something they offered a 400 credit....SMH. WHO WANTS A CREDIT >>?? I HAVE OVER 100 PIECES THAT I AM EMBARRASSED TO HAND TO CUSTOMERS !!!! I resently started donating the rest of the shirts and hoodies to the local animal shelter cause thats all they are good for.

I have purchased from other companies in the past and the way Excel has handed this is not right. I have shirts and hoodies going on 5 years old that are in better condition than the ones from excel that are about a year old.

Do your research, there are better local companies out there that will do you right. Not just take your money and run.
