I was quoted 25 minuets it s going on 1hr waiting ...

I was quoted 25 minuets it s going on 1hr waiting it s 9:30pm and We haven t had dinner.. no silverware when appetizer came out.. no straws with drinks... I have highly sensitive teeth and could drink water..
