The first experience was terrible, so I guess I only have myself to blame for ordering from them a second time. They advertise that orders are processed on the same day except for holidays, and shipped within two business days. I placed my order on June 29th, and here it is July 9th and still have not received anything. Called their customer service line and was on hold for 17 minutes, ONLY to get hung up on before I could speak to anyone. I was finally able to speak with someone on their live chat after waiting another 15-20 minutes only to be told that they ran out of the product that I ordered.... but their supplier can ship it directly to my house so it will be a couple more days. But what I don t get is, why can t they send emails explaining that instead of having us wonder where our order is and have to go through the 30-40 minute wait time to speak with a customer service rep? There is also no way to even track your order online. From now on I will GLADLY shop locally paying 20-30% more for product in order to get better customer service as well as my product in a timely manner.
