When someone says New York City Pizza, you think Lombardis! The best pizza in the city, heck, the world! Then you go, wait for an hour and make sure you have cash, get seated and order. And after allllll the hype? A tasteless, boring pie. Dough? Meh. Sauce? Not impressive. Cheese? Literally wet rags with no flavor. Toppings? Sparse and underwhelming. Oh and extremely expensive. There were 3 basil leaves on the pizza. 3. BUT the alcohol was ON POINT. Best Amaretto Sour I've had in NYC in months.
