I had initially gone to BMW Bellevue and hated it....

I had initially gone to BMW Bellevue and hated it.

I then decided to head on over to the Seattle BMW branch and it was awesome. Great customer service. Great inventory. Answers to all my questions. Helped me at every part of the process. Stanley Ng was great!

I had forgotten my checkbook and Brenda Bae actually waited for us after they closed, so we could go home and grab it. Very grateful for their patience and excellent service all around.
