They have the most incompetent service dept I've ever seen. I will NEVER go back. They don't call you when you're vehicle is ready and when you call asking "How's the vehicle coming", they said "Oh, we were waiting on you. It's been ready for hours". Then they didn't put the key for the locking lugnut in my car and I got to Firestone the next day for a tire change ($80 cheaper) and I had no lugnut key, so I had to go back, get my key from the dealership , come back and lose 2 hours of my day because my appt time had passed. Don't go here for service.
