I went here for my ball. I also have previously worked here. The ball experience was not great. The food in the buffet was either undercooked or not what we ordered. Guests had to wait in long lines to get something to drink. Drinks were in high demand because the ball room was not properly air conditioned (probably not at all given my prior knowledge). As a former worker, I would just say that they mistreat their employees severely and I would not ever support them if I had a choice.
