Had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store s parts. I ordered a door glass and vent glass for my Navigator, they took my credit card detail when I asked them to place the order at day first. After ten days when I called again to see if the glasses were there the guy told me they haven't placed the order for partss yet because they afraid what if I will return them after purchase.
