A huge disappointment for a one Michelin star rest...

A huge disappointment for a one Michelin star restaurant . To be precise I went for lunch and the lunch menu with sushi / sashimi was really not up to the expectation and I had done a lot of Japanese restaurant in New York and in Japan
The roll was not well done and the fish inside was mashed
The other sushi were not done with enough wasabi and the soy sauce was really to salty it made it hard to swallow
I don t know how it is for diner with the regular menu but clearly lunch is not something I would recommend
