what a horrible service! we waited almost 20 minut...

what a horrible service! we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come and ask us if we needed any information and this lady (if we can call her that) was a cold-hearted cold and shouted from one side to the other of the shop like a fishmonger! Never again, the staff of the Dior store at number 30 is much more pleasant and courteous.
