I rode in a Camel car from the NYU Langone Center ...

I rode in a Camel car from the NYU Langone Center on East 38th Street to Grand Central Terminal during rush hour on Thursday, 2/27/20. I made a last minute change to my desired arrival time, but Carmel easily accommodated that change.

The driver was right on time--in fact, a couple of minutes early. The car, a very clean black SUV, had a door that opened automatically, which was a welcome feature. Even so, the driver got out of the car to help me get in. (I am elderly and walk with a cane.) He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The ride to GCT was safe and quick. I'll certainly use Carmel again.
