The vet was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable, she was able to diagnose my dog's problem quickly and without expensive tests. My only complaint is that we called the night before and made an appointment but when we got there they said we had to pay $110 for an emergency visit. I feel like we should have been told that when we booked the appointment, and I think because we booked an appointment it shouldn't have been considered an emergency. I did feel a lot better after speaking to the vet but I'm not completely sold on switching vets yet... I'll see how I feel after my follow up appointment.
