It was lousy !! Reception did not help with luggag...

It was lousy !! Reception did not help with luggage, and did not even open the front door of the hotel - this was because I was with my 1 year old daughter and 5 months old! Dirty room - awful carpet! Mostly the bathroom !! Dirty Frigobar !! The room has no bin !! There is only the toilet bin !!
