I make the corresponding claims and they never respond, I have a pile of problems with a house and I have no solution. For worse I send a message and call but I have no answer, I consider that they are one of the worst real estate, if you are looking to rent or buy I do not recommend this place or service by them at all, we regret working. Not recommended at all
