Not bad. Solid hotel that partners with Starwood Preferred. I got my free wifi. Just a small thing, but would have been nice to have dimmers on the lights. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient spot in downtown Phoenix. Cleaning folks left two dirty wash towels hanging on the shower curtain rod from the prior guest.
