Man let me tell you my experience. I went in to lo...

Man let me tell you my experience. I went in to look at a GMC Arcadia. Salesman said it was sold. Which was fine. He then calls and tells me there is a similar car and similar price. We go and look at it. Likes the car. We put a deposit down to have a hold. Financing was lined up and approved. I lined up insurance. Salesman said the keys needed to be cut so it would be ready on Friday. The car was on the lot. We were the first ones to look at it. We were there when the locksmith was programming the key. No way another person looked at it before us. I told the Salesman I needed to get to my Son's baseball game. He said that's fine he was taking the next day off and we can finish the deal Friday afternoon. I had a deposit down and I watched the salesman put a SOLD sign on the car. So Friday comes. I sell my current car to a co worker. I take the afternoon off of work. I walk in to Sundance at 12:00. The salesman looks at me and says he is sorry. There was a miscommunication and they sold the car. Huh. No one called me in the morning to tell me or the day before to tell me the mistake. The just let me come in and find out the bad news. Now I am without a car and pissed. The salesman was a good guy and he is trying to figure it out I guess. They tried to show me more cars after that point. None were similar. The car I was going to but had 30,000 miles on it. The other cars they showed me had over 100,000. Did I mention I am still carless. I then get mad and I vent and I tell the salesman and manager my frustration. I asked for my deposit back which they gave me. On the way out the door they gave me a free tank of gas. I guess that makes up for my hours I missed at work and for me selling my other car. Did I mention no one called me to tell me anything at before I walked in to Sundance on Friday afternoon........I will keep a update on how this story goes.
