I needed life insurance and call select quote. From the very beginning, it was first class customer service. The rep kept me up to date on every step of the process. They set up the nurse to come to my house or office. Whichever was the most convenient.
After the paperwork and the medical exam the reps kept me up to date where it was in underwriting.
After the policy was written, it was sent right away and then another follow up call.
Customer service like this is dying in this country, but obviously this company is trying to revive it.
