I had take my "certified pre owned" vehicle 7 time...

I had take my "certified pre owned" vehicle 7 times for maintenance in the last 4 months. It happens that they have not get the problem resolved. Now they offered us to trade in the car and lose 3,000 dollars in it. Doesn't seem like a deal to me...
The only good experience so far has been Jessica from service team who has been there.
Trying to fix the problem but not real solutions for it.
The mechanics that they have, they are only experimenting with your car. Work according to the symptoms but does not fix or resolve the issue.
And we had provided them with this from second parties for an accurate fix.
No more business on my behalf to Autonation Ford
