After dealing with Hudson Nissan, I can be sure that I would not reccomend this dealer to any person, and given the chance to do things differently, I would not buy a vehicle here. We began our experience working with Leroy, and after negotiating for a bit, we were passed off without warning, to another salesman. When we met Clay, the process began from square one. All progress and discussions we had with Leroy seemed null and void. Both salesmen were deceptive and repeatedly kept adding fees and charges to the worksheet that we had already negotiated. We discussed the possibility of adding a vehicle as a trade to the deal after a bit of back-and-forth, and at this point the price of the vehicle increased by $1,600. Once we finally agreed on a price we were assured that finance would call us in the next few minutes. During our 1.5+ hour wait for finance, Leroy, Clay, and a sales manager assured us we would be next and that we would be finished by 4pm so that we would make our following appointment that we made sure to inform them of much earlier in the day. By 3:30pm, we had waited long enough and got up to leave. Another customer that came in long after we did was helped before us by a finance employee. At this point that same sales manager assured us that a finance employee would be right with us and that it was entirely possible to complete that step in 20 minutes. Any reasonable person can tell that that is impossible, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. As we were about to leave, another sales manager, Ryan, offered to review our deal and pick it up the following day if we were still interested. Ryan was able to lower the price of the vehicle, which 2 other salespeople told us was impossible. If Ryan had not been able to help us, we certainly would never have come back. When we met with Christen the following day to go over financing, the poor service continued. She insisted that we should buy the extended warranty which we did not want because we have done this in the past and never used it. When we told her that we never used it on our Toyota, her response was, "well, that was a toyota." We bought a frontier and she even asked us if we considered buying a Tacoma, and added that she works for nissan, but will only drive a Toyota. Her attitude was terrible and she was short and rude when we asked her questions about the lifetime powertrain warranty and other services, etc. It was obvious that once they thought they had secured a sale, we were no longer priority.

I'll add that Ryan single-handedly saved this saved this sale and has been the only employee that was helpful and easy to work with.
