Normally do not write reviews but today's experience was all your doing and felt duty to warn others not to waste time as i did. Went in showed that i was waiting and no one approached. Clearly not even busy, walked past office to see talking to peers, checking websites and playing video games. Really? When finally sat with a rep said been looking for a Rogue and needed to finalize on getting one by this weekend. Sales rep said nothing in lot to show to my surprise, and i pointed outside there's few right there and he just shrugged off. Know it's a Friday but wow, doesn't anyone want to make money/sale?!! Asked for a manager, said to wait, sick of waiting and left. So no need to reply back with explanation or to call directly had chance. Heard new ownership so went in but clearly still needs some changes. Do not like writing harshly but felt like huge waste of time, hopefully improves overtime as love my 3 Nissans (hoping for 4th) and too bad this is closest location to me.
