Began the refinancing process mid October. 3 and 1/2 months ago and still have no idea when we are closing the loan. My husband an I have good credit, never missed a mortgage payment in the 18 years I ve lived in my home and they keep telling me waiting on one more thing . Absolute nightmare!!! I would go with another company, but if feels like I am committed to this process. And it hurts our credit to explore other options. Wish I never heard of this company. Run, far far away if you re considering refinancing!!!! I would give them a ZERO, if I could. So very, truly and utterly disappointed!!!!!
