Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!
Have an extended service Contract for my washer and dryer. It will be 3 weeks before they can even send a technician!!!! 3 Weeks!!!!!!!! Telling me to go to Laundromat! Why would I buy a new washer and dryer with service contract to go to a Laundromat???!!!!!!!
Disgusting!!!!!
