I scheduled a stacked washer/dryer repair and the tech arrived on time on 9/5. This was two weeks after the part failure. The problem was a broken belt on the washer. He stated that he did not have the parts. The belt was ordered and arrived on Friday 9/7. The original repair date was to be 9/19. We have received several emails and robo calls telling us to reschedule. Tonight 9/8/18 I have received 5 emails for repair confirmations. At 6:12 pm repair scheduled on 9/24/18 from 1-5 pm..............at 6:13 pm repair scheduled on 9/25/18 from 8-12...................at 6/13pm repair scheduled on 9/25/18 from 10-2.................at 6/14pm repair scheduled on 9/26 from 8-12..................at 6:14 repair scheduled for 9/26/18 from 10-2.
Five repair time slots set up for one repair? I will never buy another Sears appliance or anything else from Sears. Eddie Lampert sure knows how to destroy a great company.
