So i can start saying that Team Members dont care ...

So i can start saying that Team Members dont care for the guests. They dont have the drive to do above and beyond. Obei! He was great he did amazong for us and his cuatomer service skills and how he connects with the guests are a example of customer service. Jay at the sky bar was very good. But mann no managers on the floor and at the track they give you all this rules but no one enfoces them. In our party we had 5 people and there were some others racing and i got rammed a few times also one of my friends from the same people and they did nothing to stop this. This is jow people get injured and the important thing is that im local and i can come Here anytime but with this my recomendation to people will be only to go there if Obei at the rehister desk or jay at the Sky bar are working. Bar downstairs dont even look there. Can be there waiting and servers will pass next to you wont even acknowledge you. Andretti Owners start re training your leaders wait sorry managers because a leader would not let this happen and will make sure the team follows but guess what your team members dont care and they are here for a pay check.

Hope someone reads this because they need to change things around and they need to start with management and then look down to peers and team members.
