we just left to drop my girlfriends vehicle off for an oil change and got a rental rather than wait. I was strongly considering switching to Chevrolet and using buff whelan until our experience today. Once we got into the rental office we were met with a younger gentlemen who never greeted us and seemed to be having a bad day. It seemed to be that he was annoyed that we were wanting a rental vehicle rather than wait for just an oil change. Never spoke a word to us and downgraded our vehicle. We were considering upgrading our equinox next lease and we re hoping to try something different but that wasn t given to us as an option. This hasn t steered me away from possibly switching to Chevrolet, but this has definitely steered me away from Buff Whelan.
