There is this sign out front ....(the best prime rib).. well I've had a lot of prime rib... it was less than 1/2" thick, and omg like leather with hard chucks of almost bone. Did not botch to waitress ,cuz I wont ever. BUT WANTED TO TELL HER TO ASK THE CHEF ? IF HE TOOK A CLASS IN LEATHER MAKING ? AND DID I GET SERVED THE LEATHER BY MISTAKE, INSTEAD OF THE THICK JUICY BLOOD DRIPPING MEAT... I DID NOT ... I ATE IT AND SMILED .. cuz down the street life gets good and my stomach full.
