- I spent 20 minutes waiting for the restroom, which was closed for cleaning in the middle of the day, while the 2 janitors inside seemed unaware of the long line forming outside and many Fry's sales employees walked in and out of a break/meeting room, observing the long line and saying nothing.

+ The sales associates here are not as pushy as other locations and respect your personal space if you say you're just looking.

+ They also didn't have a completely cleaned-out inventory like the Fry's on Hamilton Ave. in the days preceding Christmas.

- The cashier ringing me up seemed rather disinterested in correcting the prices that rang up incorrectly. I bought 2 notebooks that were exactly the same except for the color on the outside. One of them scanned for twice as much. I brought this to his attention. He tried scanning it again. It rang up as the same price but he said the computer listed it as a different brand. Even though it wasn't a different brand, this error didn't seem to bother him and he basically gave me the option of "take it or leave it." I couldn't be bothered asking for a manager to correct the error or going back through the store to find one that would scan correctly so I just bought it and paid more than I should have.
