I would provide no stars if that were possible. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from the Support Brokers program.

I had to repeatedly check with the Director on who would be assigned following a 'for-fee' input session.

The call with the assigned Broker indicated she had not reviewed the input material that I paid to provide during an initial input call.

There was NO follow-up by the broker for over 2 months until I complained to the Director several weeks ago.

In short, I received no value for this $800 engagement

I will not recommend and will actively dissuade anyone from using the MassArch Support Broker services.
