The most unhelpful and uncontactable company i have ever delt with.
The ' help lines ' offer no way of speaking to a member of staff, just a series of options none of which were of any use, before my call was terminated.
The chance of speaking to a person was not allowed.
Lets hope a letter may result in human contact.
