Okay let me first say that I've visited a many hotels in and outside the USA with my family and often I expect the worst from hotel clerks and receptionist because most of time many of them act as if they own the place and that they are doing you a favor. Today that changed when I met Monique, Rickey and Brian at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Auburn Hills, MI. TOTALLY professional people whom know what customer service is. I was just truly impressed with how they took care of several issues with two room's we reserved for a two night stay. We will be back based upon how these three employees treated us and if your ever looking for a nice hotel for a quick getaway with family this is the place to come!. Thanks Monique, Rickey and Brian for making our stay an enjoying one.
