As part of a treatment I have come to this clinic every 2 months for 5 years.
Over the years, I can only note the lack of competence of the reception staff, the administrative support ...
I'm not even talking about the turnover of nurses.
Today, I learned that my appointment had been canceled without being notified, once there.
Laying day off, transportation, etc., for nothing. The reason, the administrative reception team had not erased my old phone number when they registered the new one and of course no one tried to reach me on the 2nd phone number that appeared in my file (which was the correct one and the new number).
There is only one competent woman at the administrative reception (see 2 with a news today that I had never seen, both with long braids), it has been years that people like me who come for a treatment must be taken care of quickly and without waiting (simple and fast file) and yet this is never the case unless I have the chance to fall when the only efficient and competent woman is present. Indeed, I experienced 1 hour and more, waiting with 3 people in the waiting room only and with the nurse who called me on my cellphone to ask me where I was ... years that the same women at the front desk don't care and don't want to take care of patients like me quickly.
I am forced to come there because my doctor who is an excellent doctor (Dr Bumsel) receives for treatment only in this clinic, alas.
In 5 years coming 6 times a year, I could cite many deplorable incidents, but I have already lost my day and I will not lose my evening on the subject.
In summary, to avoid and I intend to change doctors who can prescribe this treatment so that I can benefit elsewhere. This is too much.
